Having started my career in 2001 in Architecture, I have since spanned three major areas in the construction/development sector. After a decade I was in a leadership position, as sustainability team lead. I took a construction manager role for Brookfield Europe (a multinational developer) based in Canada. During my time there I was brought to Toronto to oversee the completion of Trump tower, specifically the grand presidential suites. 

On my return to the UK I decided to focus on working for a smaller company with more control over full development as a development project manager. I found a superb, small and fast growing developer in Soho and was quickly promoted to Senior Project Manager and subsequently to Design Director. Leading all projects (10-18 at any one time) from acquisition through the complex planning process to construction and disposal. I really enjoyed the fast pace and growth of the company. We ended up taking a fantastic office in 55 Baker street. At which point I was offered a role as Development Director in Leos International. As well as being Director (Companies House) for four of the group companies I also served as Development Director in the UAE office for a year. 

I am now leading the development side of a construction company as well as splitting my time for two other companies as a Fractional Director.
