Founder & Fractional Commercial Director
Alice Dewar-Mills is also the founder of Looking Glass Solutions and a seasoned fractional Commercial Director with over 20 years of experience in commercial strategy. Through her work at Looking Glass Solutions, Alice has helped businesses—from ambitious startups to established organisations—achieve clarity, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Her experience as a fractional director inspired her to co-found FonD. Alice recognised the need for a dedicated space where fractional directors could connect, share insights, and find support from peers who truly understand the unique challenges of the role.
Andy Cottle
Founder & Fractional CFO
Andy is an accomplished fractional CFO with extensive experience in high-growth tech businesses, particularly online marketplaces. He has also worked across industries such as lifestyle, education, and health, helping companies fundraise, build financial models, and implement systems to support growth.
His experience scaling businesses internationally and establishing subsidiaries in countries like the US, UAE, France, and China inspired him to co-found FonD. Andy saw the need for a community where fractional directors could connect, share advice, and feel part of a supportive team.
