I’m a business consultant, ICF-trained coach and fractional CMO/COO. I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow, and from 2017–2022 I ran my own digital marketing and branding agency.

Since 2022, I’ve been working independently as a consultant, coach and fractional director across marketing, sales and operations. My first fractional role was as CMO/COO for a global coaching education provider, and I’m now supporting a global private credit firm as their fractional CMO/CSO.

I specialise in helping service-based businesses connect the dots between marketing, sales and delivery. My focus is on making sure these functions work seamlessly together, so clients enjoy an exceptional experience from first contact through delivery – and teams feel supported and confident behind the scenes.

Alongside this work, I run a non-profit supporting neurodivergent people to start and grow businesses, while also providing neuroinclusion training for organisations. This means I naturally bring a neurodiversity-informed approach to all my work – ensuring communications and processes are clear, effective and inclusive, and that every team member is set up to succeed.
