Amy Ewbank
HR People and Culture expert
I am an HR People and Culture expert who helps organisations translate storytelling into measurable impact, from sharper leadership decisions to stronger engagement, alignment, and performance.
CIPD-qualified and LAMDA-trained, I bring senior HR expertise together with deep knowledge of influence, narrative, and communication. I have held leadership roles including Head of HR at a UK national charity, where I led talent development, executive communication, and culture change at scale. My work focuses on how people actually behave inside organisations, and how clear communication drives trust, accountability, and results.
I have advised and coached leaders across corporates, scale-ups, and global institutions, delivering programmes for organisations including Santander, Barclays, Pfizer, GSMA, ING, and Harvard University. I support leadership teams to articulate strategy, navigate complexity, and speak with authority.
I began my career as a professional actor working in repertory theatre, BBC Radio, and Channel 4, and am the founder of Doll’s Eye Theatre, creating university-funded storytelling projects for social change. My work has been featured on Sky News, Channel 5, and The Guardian.
