I have advised customers including UKRI, Russell Group universities, the European Commission, ESA, and NASA, as well as European innovation projects under EuroHPC and Horizon Europe. My work blends deep technical knowledge with commercial and organisational insight—shaping strategies, roadmaps, and operating models that align innovation with business outcomes.

A recognised European thought leader at the convergence of AI, machine learning, and high-performance data analytics, I contribute to the EC Strategic Research Agenda and regularly engage with EU governments on technology policy and funding frameworks. I have also partnered with Tier-1 technology integrators to design and deliver scalable infrastructure and managed services.
