I am a senior commercial leader with 20 years’ experience driving growth across EdTech, consultancy, and professional services. I specialise in building commercial engines that scale, combining clear process with human-led selling and a values-driven culture.
I work in parallel on the two critical enablers of sustainable growth. First, I design systems, processes and the cadence that allow sales teams to move from enquiry to close in a repeatable, measurable way. Second, I build the people and culture that ensure the commercial message is consistent and values-led, and teams are confident, motivated and aligned around a shared vision.
Throughout my career, I have led through pivotal inflection points: launching new products while managing revenue streams, transitioning from founder-led sales to structured teams, and turning early traction into predictable, repeatable growth. I have delivered GTM strategies, grown revenues from six figures to multi-millions, restructured and led global teams, and closed complex, enterprise-level deals.
