I’m a Fractional Finance Director with nearly a decade of experience working fractionally since 2016, including Non-Executive Director roles. I’ve supported owner-managed and growing businesses across e-commerce, sales-led organisations, service businesses, construction, wealth management and property management, often at points of significant change or challenge.

My core focus is helping decision-makers get the right financial information, at the right time, so they can make clear, confident, and commercially sound decisions. I act as a trusted sounding board for business owners, translating complex financial data into a language my client can understand, while keeping a steady eye on cashflow, risk, and long-term sustainability.

Alongside hands-on financial leadership, I’ve managed and developed finance teams, led system and software migrations, and mentored finance leads as they step into more senior roles.

I’m also a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and coach, which adds an extra layer to my work. Business ownership can be stressful and isolating, and I support leaders not just with the numbers, but with clarity, confidence, and direction.
