My background spans HR, Business Development, and Recruitment with like EY, AXA, and Roche. I founded Coreus to help smaller professional services firms make smarter hires, scale teams efficiently, and avoid costly bad hiring approaches.

I hold a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR, am a licensed career coach, and am trained in applying and interpreting personality assessments to assess cultural and leadership fit.

Based in the South Downs near Brighton, UK, I live with my wife and our three children. Outside of work, I am passionate about music, travel, and sport.
