I founded The People Partners to give ambitious founders and business leaders access to director-level HR without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. My tagline is "aligning people, accelerating performance" and this captures, in a nutshell, how I bring value to businesses. Whether that's helping a leadership team build the right culture, navigating a complex employment challenge, or developing managers into the leaders a business needs next, I work embedded in the business, not at arm's length from it.

My clients tend to be B2B businesses in growth or scale-up mode across manufacturing, engineering, professional services, and construction sectors, where people challenges are starting to outpace what the leadership team can handle alone. Alongside fractional HR Director support, I also offer HR consultancy, HR recruitment, and I'm a qualified Predictive Index practitioner, which means I bring a behavioural lens to hiring, team design, and leadership development.
