I’ve spent 40+ years in sales, including 19 years running and growing a UK manufacturing business as MD, part owner and Sales Director rolled into one, before exiting in 2022.

Now I get inside businesses, challenge what’s not working and help improve the commercial picture from pipeline and follow-up to pricing, process, people and where opportunities are getting stuck.

I’m at my best when sales is the conversation starter, but the answer sits somewhere deeper in the business.
