An ex-MD, SD and bricks and mortar business owner in the niche category of electric underfloor heating targeting the electrical and tiling industries. I entered the business at the start to build, scale and successfully exit in 2022 after nearly twenty years at the helm. 

I work with sales teams and their leads, whether SME or owner manager, whether the teams are internal or external to ensure the client is at the heart of all they do, improving efficiencies of the team's efforts and focusing on top and bottom-line results.  Having won multiple industry awards for my CX methods, client care is one of my guiding principles.
