I’m a General Counsel with over 20 years’ experience spanning private practice, in-house legal leadership, and executive roles. My career has been defined by supporting ambitious organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and investment — often acting as a strategic partner across legal, HR, and operational functions.

I’ve led teams, advised boards on complex regulatory and governance matters, and helped businesses navigate multi-jurisdictional challenges with clarity and confidence. My background also includes strategic HR leadership, giving me a unique perspective on how legal and people strategy intersect to drive business success.  My specialist areas are commercial contracts, employment law, business change and compliance, although I’ve experienced most legal challenges a business will face, whether anticipated or unexpected, and can guide you thought them.  Where specialist expertise is required, I can act as your central point of contact with external counsel to help you streamline costs and translate legal advice into practical action.  

As well as being a qualified UK lawyer, I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and an Executive MBA — reflecting both my commercial mindset and commitment to strategic leadership.
