After a career in corporate HR, I stepped out on my own in 2012 and founded OneHR. Working with micro companies and SMEs was a completely different world – and although a massive change, I loved it. Today, we’re a team of three, acting as a fully functioning HR department and partnering with others to provide a full-service HR offering.

What excites me about SMEs is the pace and the chance to add real value from day one. The variety is brilliant too – one moment building solid HR foundations, the next supporting leadership teams or guiding organisations through change.

Alongside my role as a Fractional HR Director, I’m also an experienced management coach and accredited workplace mediator. Supporting people through challenges, unlocking potential, and helping to create inclusive workplaces is what keeps me going.

I also believe in giving back. I co-run Networking in Brighton, a monthly women’s supper club for business founders, and I volunteer with Brighton & Hove Independent Mediation Service (BHIMS), helping to resolve workplace and community conflict.

Brighton has been home for 25 years – its colour, vibrancy and eccentric spirit make it the perfect place for me to live and work.
