I have a particular wealth of expertise in supporting startups to scale-up into established SMEs, particularly in the journey scaling to £5m ARR, and/or team size to 50.

 

My diverse cross sector experience includes:

  • 17 years coaching, training and consultancy

  • 10 years in Senior Management

  • 10 years in wellbeing / mental health promotion (in particular burnout prevention and recovery)

  • 5 years in EdTech SaaS

  • 5 years building a successful cross-sector B2B workplace wellbeing training service with national profile

  • Experience of leading in the private, public and charity sectors

  • Founding and scaling multiple businesses and teams
