I have spent 35 years in strategic selling, key account management and sales leadership, working across some of the most demanding commercial and public sectors. I have built and led teams, won and grown complex accounts, and been asked to do things I was not always sure I could do. That lived experience, including the moments of doubt, is part of everything I do.


I set up Cotential because I wanted to work differently, coach-led, built on human-to-human relationships, working alongside people rather than at them.


The businesses I work with are usually at a point where something needs to change. Sales are not quite where they want them to be, the team has more in them than they are showing, and often there is no clear strategy or way of working that everyone can follow and believe in. The work always starts with genuine curiosity and awareness of what is really going on, and grows from there into strategies, clearer ways to grow sales and the kind of leadership that inspires the performance from within.


Everything is purposeful, honest and built around the people involved.
