With more than 30 years' experience in business operations, leadership, and administration across the public, private, and charitable sectors, I combine strategic operational oversight with practical implementation. Alongside her client work, I lead a UK-based team of experienced operational specialists and has supported hundreds of businesses through operational transformation. I am also passionate about developing the next generation of operational professionals through CPD-accredited training programmes for virtual assistants and online business managers.
