With 30+ years in senior HR and employee engagement roles, I partner with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who need the reassurance of experienced strategic people support without the expense of hiring a full-time CPO. I embed quickly, bring clarity to complex people challenges, and create the conditions for teams to thrive.

My experience includes 10 years at Virgin Mobile and six years at sustainable energy scale-up Pure Planet, where I grew the organisation from 3 to 200 people and built a nationally recognised culture – named as #2 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For (2020) and #3 in the Medium Companies list (2021).


I have also been running my people consultancy en:Rich for more than 10 years, supporting many start-ups and SMEs with sound people and culture advice as they grow. There’s a very strong likelihood I’ve encountered the challenges you may be facing.
