I’m a FMCG innovation leader with more than 20 years’ experience helping ambitious consumer brands unlock growth through insight-powered innovation.

I’ve worked across FMCG businesses and scaling challenger brands from Nestlé, and Associated British Foods, through to Whitworths and Little Freddie. That journey has given me experience across categories, international markets, functions and different stages of business growth — from large corporates to fast-moving scale-ups.

At Little Freddie, I helped the start-up create the innovation strategy, pipelines and systems that supported rapid growth, contributing towards group sales growth to $100m USD, becoming the number one imported infant food brand in China and one of the fastest-growing infant brands in the UK.
