I've run things as well as advised on them. My career spans engineering, sales in Riyadh, investment banking (Nomura, UBS, GE Capital) and co-founding the fintech Asset Match, where I was COO and which is still trading 14 years on. I hold an MBA from Bayes Business School and co-own Lorna's Indian Kitchen, so I know the day-to-day reality of a small business.
