Samantha Tremlin

Fractional Wellbeing Director / CWO

I’m a workplace wellbeing and leadership strategist with over 25 years’ experience in senior roles, including Global Wellbeing Lead at Dyson. I now work as a Fractional Wellbeing Director, helping organisations build cultures that don’t just look good on paper, they feel good to be part of.

I’ve led global programmes, governance frameworks, complex operations, product launches and culture initiatives, and I know the reality of scaling businesses while keeping people energised and engaged. I’ve also seen what happens when wellbeing is built into leadership, culture and strategy, retention improves, performance becomes sustainable, and people actually want to stay and contribute well.

At the heart of every business transaction are humans, and the success of any organisation relies on how those humans are thinking, feeling and showing up. That’s why I work as a Fractional Wellbeing Director, to help businesses put energy and culture at the core of performance.

You may already be a great place to work. My role is to help you protect that reputation, strengthen your culture, and keep your people engaged as you grow. Wellbeing can sound fluffy, or like something you ‘add on’ with am awareness campaign or the occasional lunch & learn. But the truth is, burnout, attrition and disengagement are costing organisations millions every year. Fractional Wellbeing brings senior level focus and strategy to these issues, without the overhead of a full-time hire, making wellbeing part of performance, not a perk.

Through Kuutch, the consultancy I founded, I’ve worked with STEM organisations, leaders and teams to rethink how we work. My approach blends neuroscience, psychology and energy science with the realities of modern business, so wellbeing isn’t a perk or a poster on the wall,  it’s the power source behind performance and innovation.
