I know exactly how to optimise the efficiency of day-to-day processes so that everyone can do their best work without getting bogged down by the usual pitfalls of scaling up. 

I cut my teeth in small businesses throughout my early career where collaboration was encouraged and constant change was essential for growth, but my pivot into working for a large global business offered me a different set of challenges. Faced with rigid, inefficient structures and resistance to change from teams and board members I was meeting, I realised the importance of my small business experience and the ease at which automation could be introduced and how often simple efforts to streamline could lead to driving meaningful improvements. And, it really showed me how much I enjoyed working with small business owners who were ready and willing to embrace the freedom changes would bring!

It was these experiences that sparked the idea for Keyboard Smash – a place where I could apply my expertise to help service-based small businesses operate at their full potential without overwhelm. I focus on optimising their operations, not by throwing money or manpower at them, but by using existing resources wisely, so they can grow sustainably and consistently, without the usual headaches.
