I'm a product-focused technologist with 25+ years turning complex ideas into simple, scalable systems, and Founder & CTO of Inkie, an AI marketing platform. Inside Inkie I've built a genuinely production multi-agent AI team: not a demo, a working AI workforce that runs the business day to day. That's what AI-native means to me: not AI bolted onto an old way of working, but the business built around it.

Most don't need a grand transformation, they need someone to show them where AI actually belongs, what to do first, and what to ignore. My consultancy and workshops run the full range, from a business taking its first steps with AI to full AI-driven SDLC transformation for dev teams, and I help build the AI workforce itself.

When the work goes deeper, I'm hands-on: bespoke AI systems for genuinely complex builds, not glue code. And I productionise vibe-coded MVPs, the security, scale, payments, logins and CI/CD that get skipped in the rush to ship.

I've worked across Insurtech, Martech, AdTech and Design, so I've seen how these problems land in regulated, high-throughput, performance-driven and design-led environments. I'm especially useful to newly funded startups without a CTO: getting the right processes in place between product and dev, or simply helping founders talk to their developers properly.
