I’ve spent 20+ years in HR, in roles at Siemens and ABB. In 2022 I founded High Performing HR to give founder-led businesses that same calibre of HR, without the corporate bureaucracy.

Starting up? I built the complete people infrastructure for a not-for-profit launching its UK operation.

Scaling? I helped a business double from 40 to 80 people. In 2025 it was named the UK’s 10th Best Small Company to Work For, with no HR department.

Stuck? I helped a construction firm with big ambitions and stalled growth right-size, invest in the skills it was missing, and get back to growing.

I sit alongside leadership teams on people strategy, employee relations and reward, and I coach the leaders who have to deliver it. As an accredited executive coach and Insights Discovery and GC Index practitioner, I help teams see how they actually work together, not how the org chart says they should.
