I am a product leader with 20+ years scaling businesses across e-commerce, IoT, CPG, and telecoms — including VP-level roles at Ocado, Amazon (Alexa Smart Home), and ABInBev, plus founding my own venture-backed startups in consulting and e-commerce. Having led product organisations from 8 to 70+ people through periods of major growth and reinvention, I have now moved from permanent leadership into fractional and interim work — scaling teams, sharpening strategy, and building the operating rigour that unlocks growth. I currently advise founders and leadership teams as C-suite advisor to a healthtech startup, an advisory board member at Accton, and a trustee at Women+Health, a Camden-based charity.
