The waitlist approach allows us to gauge demand before we launch. It ensures that when we open a new hub, there is sufficient interest to create a meaningful local community. The FonD hub model is designed to give members both local depth and network-wide access.

Every member is aligned to a local hub. This might be Brighton, Chichester, Bristol, Hampshire, or Online. That alignment gives them a consistent group of peers to build relationships with over time. It creates the depth and trust that comes from regular, face-to-face connection.

But alignment to one hub does not limit access. Members can attend any hub's events as part of their membership. They can visit Bristol one month, Brighton the next, and join the online meetup whenever it suits them.
